Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring directly for a Forklift Operator/Material Handling position with a Flooring/Cabinetry Company located in the Brandon, FL area.

Duties Include:
- Operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials such as rolls of carpet, tiles, or other flooring products. This requires precision and attention to safety protocols.
- Keeping track of inventory levels by accurately recording movements of materials in and out of storage areas.
- Working closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and possibly delivery personnel to fulfill orders and maintain efficient operations.
- Organizing storage areas to optimize space and facilitate easy access to materials.
- Ensuring that the correct materials are picked and delivered according to orders, avoiding shipment errors.

Requirements:
- 5 years of Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
