We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support wholesale customers and ensure smooth order fulfillment from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and perform data entry
• Prepare and send customer communications
• Coordinate with truck brokers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Resolve issues related to shipping, orders, and customer service
• Provide administrative support and assist with operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, order processing, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time
