Primary Responsibilities

• Operate drill press equipment to drill, ream, and counterbore metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions
• Set up materials and verify dimensions prior to machining operations
• Utilize measuring equipment to inspect parts and ensure compliance with specifications
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Blueprint reading skills are required
• Ability to accurately use measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Previous machining experience on mills, lathes, drill presses, or similar equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Vocational school or machining program graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $20–$24/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
