Primary Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, sheet metal, and light plate materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding specifications
• Perform fit-up and preparation of materials prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Utilize welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with fabrication and production operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or welding shop experience preferred
• TIG welding experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong fit-up and fabrication skills
• Experience welding stainless steel and mild steel preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $22–$30/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm
Overtime available as needed
