Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing weekly employee schedules
• Ensure all shifts are properly staffed to meet operational needs
• Support day-to-day operations and team performance
• Assist with employee coaching, training, and development
• Help maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Support management in achieving operational and business goals

 

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
