Salary: $40-$45 per hour
Job Title: Temporary Database and Systems Manager (Amilia Platform)
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, on-site, for 4–6 weeks
Pay: $35–$50 per hour (DOE)
Description:
Our client is looking for a Temporary Database and Systems Manager to support stabilization and optimization of its Amilia CRM platform. This project-based role will focus on improving system functionality, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective day-to-day use.
Responsibilities:• Own and administer the Amilia platform during stabilization• Review system setup and recommend improvements• Implement updates to workflows, configuration, and reporting• Lead data cleanup and improve data accuracy and consistency• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system use with operations• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation• Train staff and provide ongoing support• Serve as liaison with software vendors
Qualifications or Requirements:• Experience with CRM or membership systems• Strong data management and reporting skills• Experience with system implementation or optimization• Ability to train and support users• Strong organization and communication skills• Nonprofit or similar industry experience preferred
