What You'll Be Doing

🚜 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and diesel-powered machinery

🔧 Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

⚙️ Repair and replace engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and other critical equipment systems

📋 Complete inspections and maintenance records accurately

🦺 Maintain a safe work environment while following company safety standards

🚚 Respond to equipment issues efficiently to keep operations moving

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction, agricultural, industrial, or fleet equipment

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills involving diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

✔ Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports

✔ Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

✔ Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

✔ Valid driver's license
