We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Battery / Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Richmond, CA. This is a full-time, first-shift role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced production environment. This is a Monday - Friday; 5:00am - 1:30pm role. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble battery systems and electromechanical components using hand tools
  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications 

  • Experience using hand tools (required)
  • Strong ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Good attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival for early shift
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
