Branch Manager

Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: 20-22

A Loan company in Fort Worth is adding a Branch Manager to their team! 

 

 

  

Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternating 8:30a-5:30p & 9:30a-6:30p AND 1 Saturday a month (typically the last Saturday)

 

Pay: $20-$22/hr

 

Job Duties

 

• Lead, train, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee loan application processing and ensure compliance with company policies
• Conduct field collections by visiting customers’ homes or workplaces when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Ensure proper cash handling and office security
• Drive branch growth through marketing and outreach efforts
• Manage customer concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction

 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum 1 year of management/lead experience
