Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in machining and a strong familiarity with CNC operations. This role involves working with precision machinery to create high-quality parts and components. Adherence to our culture of excellence and collaboration is a key part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Operate and maintain CNC machines and other precision equipment.
•    Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
•    Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
•    Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
•    Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
•    Uphold and contribute to our culture of excellence and teamwork.
Qualifications:
•    3 to 8 years of experience as a machinist.
•    Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming.
•    Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
•    Excellent attention to detail and precision.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Skills:
