Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a specialty food and beverage manufacturer in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $22.00 to $26.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries
  • Generate and process purchase orders
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
  • Perform data entry in QuickBooks
  • Assist with organizing meetings
  • Provide general administrative support

 

Requirements

  • Previous administrative support experience in an office environment
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
