Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vertical fill/form machines to package materials according to production specifications

• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to ensure consistent product quality

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, seal integrity, and compliance with quality standards

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Document production data, including counts, materials used, and any machine issues encountered

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating fill/form or similar packaging machinery

• Ability to read and follow production instructions and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
