Salary: $30.00 to $36.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for an aerospace and defense contractor in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity. Starting compensation is $30.00 to $36.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process, and completed products
• Conduct initial product inspections
• Test products for mechanical, electrical, or functional performance
• Record inspection findings and generate quality reports
• Assist with troubleshooting quality issues

 

Requirements

• Previous quality inspection or QA experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Proficiency with standard measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with industry quality standards or inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
