Salary: $20-$30 DOE

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and production efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems while ensuring safe and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Maintain and repair industrial machinery, CNC machines, conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, and related equipment.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
  • Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

  • ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems is a plus.
  • Welding experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work around industrial machinery.
  • Willingness to work shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
