Material Handler – 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift opportunities available

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Waterloo. 

• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming materials from trucks
• Break down boxes and prepare items for processing
• Apply tags and labels accurately to inventory
• Verify incoming shipments against labels and documentation
• Move materials from pallets to designated storage areas
• Support reach truck operators with staging and workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Reach truck or forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
