Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant with approximately 2 years of experience who holds CD1 and CD2 certification. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Tagalog to support our patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide chairside assistance ensuring patient comfort and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Manage infection control protocols according to clinic standards
• Assist with scheduling appointments and basic administrative tasks when needed
• Communicate clearly with patients, especially Tagalog-speaking clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• CD1 and CD2 certification (required)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Tagalog (required)
