Summary:
The Assembler role supports production by preparing, building, and testing components used in both subassemblies and finished products. This position focuses on accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications and safety standards.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Gather materials, tools, and components based on work orders and technical drawings.
  • Assemble parts according to instructions, ensuring efficiency and precision.
  • Perform inspections and testing, including powered testing, to confirm functionality and quality.
  • Operate basic machinery to prep materials, ensuring proper setup and safe usage.
  • Record inspection results and follow established quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in assembly or a related manufacturing role preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
  • Experience reading blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation.
  • Skilled in using measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
