CDL Class A Driver (Local – Home Daily) | $25/hr

Job Description

A growing steel pipe supplier is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for local delivery routes with daily home time. This role includes trips to Salt Lake City, UT or Las Vegas (South), NV, with multiple delivery stops along the way.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent hours, no overnight travel, and steady weekday work.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No overnight routes – home daily

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A truck on assigned routes
• Deliver steel pipe materials with multiple stops per trip
• Strap and secure loads at each stop to ensure safe transport
• Obtain and verify signed delivery paperwork at every stop
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain compliance with DOT safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record
• Experience with flatbed or load securing (preferred)
• Ability to frequently strap and adjust loads throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to handle physical duties related to securing cargo

Additional Information

• Position starts in approximately 2 weeks
• Must attend a meet-and-greet interview with management
