POSITIONS AVAILABLE

 

??  Entry Level Restoration Technician	??  Experienced Restoration Technician
•  No prior restoration experience required	•  1+ years of restoration, remediation, or related field experience
•  Willingness to learn industry techniques and equipment	•  Familiarity with water mitigation, drying equipment, or mold remediation
•  Training provided on the job	•  Ability to lead or assist on job sites with minimal supervision
•  Work alongside senior techs on water, fire, and mold jobs	•  IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) a plus — not required
•  Opportunity to earn IICRC certifications	•  Prior experience with Xactimate or job documentation a plus
•  Ideal for motivated candidates ready to start a skilled trade career	•  Strong candidates will be considered for lead tech roles

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to residential and commercial loss sites for water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, pack-out, and cleaning as directed
• Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Follow established safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Communicate clearly with team leads, supervisors, and customers on site
• Accurately document job site conditions, readings, and progress using company systems
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout all phases of the project
• Be available for emergency on-call response, including evenings and weekends as needed

REQUIREMENTS

All Applicants Must:

• Pass a criminal background check — required for all positions
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Submit your MVR along with your resume at time of application — applications without MVR will not be reviewed
• Be physically able to perform demanding work: lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, bending, and working in confined or elevated spaces
• Be reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day ready to work
• Have a team-first attitude and a strong work ethic

Preferred (Not Required):

• IICRC certification(s): WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similar
• Experience operating restoration equipment (desiccant dehumidifiers, hydroxyl generators, thermal imaging cameras)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Experience reading moisture maps or using drying software
