General Manager

 

Distribution company in north Fort Worth is seeking a General Manager lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and ensure compliance across multiple departments!

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years in Operations Management
• Experience with DFARS & FAR compliance and knowledge of ISO or AS quality systems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience to ensure teams meet performance targets and customer requirements
• KPI tracking and operational data analysis and ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
• Strong leadership and communication with working knowledge of 5S / 7S methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
