We are currently seeking motivated Production Assemblers to hire in the Clifton Park, NY area. The ideal candidate will have prior assembly, manufacturing, or production experience and/or the willingness to learn. This position is responsible for assembling industrial LED lighting fixtures and components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Tasks for Production Assembler:

• Assemble industrial LED lighting fixtures and components
• Build and install wire harnesses and electrical connections
• Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Accurately assemble products with minimal errors or rework
• Assist at multiple assembly stations as needed
• Package and label finished products

Qualifications for Production Assembler:

• No experience required – willing to train
• Light assembly experience preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience helpful
• Experience with wire harnesses, electrical components, or electronics assembly is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Schedule for Production Assembler:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: Overtime as needed
• Saturday: Overtime as needed
• 10-hour shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for small-part assembly
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move components and finished products up to 25-50 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Hand tools (screwdrivers, wire cutters, crimpers, etc.)
• Assembly fixtures and workstations
• Testing equipment for lighting products
• Packaging and labeling equipment
