We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to build and assemble electrical and electronic components used in industrial automation and control systems. This role involves assembling control panels, wiring components, and ensuring finished assemblies meet quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong hand-assembly skills, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in electronics or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic components, subassemblies, and control panels according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and component mounting
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper function
• Label components and maintain organized workstations
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred (electronic, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing assembly)
• Ability to read basic diagrams, instructions, or blueprints preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills a plus

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience assembling control panels, wiring harnesses, or electrical components
• Soldering experience
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or electrical environments
