General Labor/ Tarper

Express Employment Professionals Athens, TX is seeking applicants for a General Laborer / Tarper position! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Jewett, TX that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Retrieve and position tarps on trailers.
• Operate and assist with tarp machine processes.
• Direct truck drivers safely into the tarp station.
• Cover 18-wheelers with tarps and secure loads.
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly strapped down and ready for transport.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
