Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

 

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Press Brake Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Press Brake team. You’ll lead and train operators, ensure production goals are met, and maintain safety and quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Press Brake team.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Train new operators and assist with performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
• Handle other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of CNC press brakes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CNC press brake programming and blueprints.
• Ability to use measurement tools and perform basic math.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with safety gear.
