Salary: $19 -$22

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join one of our large manufacturing company in the Georgetown area. This role involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1+ year of packaging experience and is flexible to work day, afternoon, nights and weekends.

Monday-Friday

Day: 7:30AM-3:30PM

Afternoons: 3:30PM-11:30PM

Nights: 11:30PM-7:30AM

Pay rate: $19/hour -$22 /hour plus 4% vacation pay

Duties

• Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
• Assist with assembly of products when required
• Perform heavy lifting as required to move products within the warehouse
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Lifting up to 25lbs - 50lbs

Requirements

• Must have 1+ year of packaging experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to commute or be local to Georgetown area

This position is integral to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely delivery of products. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and demonstrate a commitment to safety standards.
