Job Title: Dishwasher

Schedule: 5 days per week - 7:00am- 3:30pm. Some weekends and all holidays 8:00am-4:00pm.

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Description/Requirements:

Our client is looking for a candidate responsible for cleaning and properly storing all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, either by hand or by using dishwashing equipment..

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times in accordance with restaurant and health department standards
Washing and storing pots, pan, utensils and dishware
Break down boxes and remove along with the garbage
Fill, empty, drain dishwasher or pot sinks (as applicable)
Empty grease trap (if applicable)
Store food products and paper items upon receipt
Clean sinks and drains daily
Perform weekly Culinary/dishwasher checklist
Assist with kitchen food prep as needed
Clean all metro shelving
Clean upright racks
Clean trash bins when needed
Clean walk-in freezer/refrigerator
Ensure FIFO compliance
Sweep and mop floors
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory levels
