Manufacturing company in south Fort Worth is adding an Inside Sales / Order Management associate to their team!!

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, account management, or supply chain
• Ability to manage the full order cycle from order entry, verification, and processing to shipping and delivery confirmation
• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve order issues, handle returns or exchanges, and communicate delays or exceptions to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ability to work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused

 

Contract to Hire

M-F, 8a-4:30p

$23-27/hr DOE
