Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technicians for a rapidly growing employer in Guelph, ON. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and room for advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty trucks and coach systems
• Work on steering, braking, cooling, electrical, drivetrains, suspensions, transmissions, and engines
• Perform test drives to confirm repairs and vehicle performance
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labour time
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support and mentor apprentices and co-op students
• Assist with additional shop duties as required

Requirements

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician certification
• 5+ years of experience with heavy fleet vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Experience with computerized diagnostic tools
• Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
