Laser Machine Operator

Pay: $21-27/hour DOE

Location: Marshville, NC 

Schedule: 1st Shift

Previous laser experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience.

What You'll Do

• Operate computer-controlled laser cutting equipment to produce metal parts

• Load and unload metal materials safely

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Read work instructions and basic blueprints

• Measure parts using tape measures and other measuring tools

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, construction, or production experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance

• Bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the workday

• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery

• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
