Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

  • Monday–Friday, 8AM-5PM 

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers with billing inquiries, assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate account management. The ideal candidate will have a financial background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting required deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or related financial experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under mandated deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing/accounting software
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required 

Responsibilities:

Billing Support

  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing, invoices, and payment issues
  • Assist customers in understanding invoices and resolving discrepancies
  • Process payments and update customer account information as needed
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing concerns

Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry
  • Provide product and service information to prospective and existing customers

Customer Communication

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance the customer experience

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Document recurring issues and communicate trends to management
  • Ensure billing and sales records are complete and up to date

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams
  • Coordinate order processing and account updates
  • Assist with identifying and resolving financial discrepancies

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish strongly preferred
