Job Title: Warehouse Worker – Battery Company

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
• Process and handle batteries in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
• Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory organization
• Perform routine warehouse cleaning to ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to consistently lift and move objects weighing at least 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods

Compensation

• $17.00 per hour
