Position Overview

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Material Handler with one of the top manufacturing companies in the area! If you are a reliable, safety-conscious individual with previous forklift experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM 

• Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour

Key Job Duties

• Material Handling: Efficiently receive, label, and store raw materials, work-in-progress components, and finished goods used in production.

• Forklift & Pallet Jack Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport pallets throughout the warehouse and production floor.

• Loading & Unloading: Physically load and unload trucks as shipments arrive or depart.

• Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records using proper warehouse management systems, daily worksheets, and the company's ERP system.

• Inventory Audits: Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and control.

• Production Support: Keep assembly and production lines consistently supplied with materials to prevent downtime.

• Facility Care & Teamwork: Perform daily cleaning duties to keep the workspace safe and help out in other areas as needed.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (previous forklift certification is a plus).

• Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift, as well as bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, and basic math skills for inventory counting.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
