Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented candidates for Press Operator openings in Lindstrom, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $16.48/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned molding press equipment according to production and safety standards

• Load inserts into molds, remove finished parts, and perform trimming as needed

• Conduct visual inspections for defects such as dirt specs, color variations, swirls, and other quality criteria

• Package finished parts following proper methods and documentation

• Grind sprues and perform secondary operations when required

• Communicate with material handlers when hopper levels are low

• Support other press operators during breaks

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stand or sit for an 8‑hour shift

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Good vision for close‑up inspection work

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Dependable, team‑oriented work ethic
