Salary: $20-25/hr

A local company is seeking a CAD Designer to join their engineering team in Clive. This position is responsible for creating CAD drawings and models, maintaining engineering databases, and supporting manufacturing operations by programming machines and ensuring accurate design specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify CAD drawings and 3D models.
• Manage and maintain engineering databases and design files.
• Program machinery based on engineering specifications.
• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on design projects.
• Assist with product development and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and revision records.

Qualifications:

• Previous CAD design experience required.
• Proficiency with CAD software and technical drawings.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience preferred.
