Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Schedule: Full time with variable shifts (7am-3:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 3-11:30pm) Candidate flexibility on days and times is ideal.

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Description:  

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer who is committed to providing an excellent experience for both guests and team members. This role is responsible for ensuring all property equipment is operating properly, maintaining the overall condition of the premises, and keeping guest rooms in good repair.

Requirements:

• Ensure all guests are acknowledged with a pleasant greeting when encountered on the property
• Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping within 10 minutes or less
• Continuously patrol the parking lot and grounds throughout the day
• Perform pool chemical testing at least once daily
• Check emergency lighting a minimum of once per week
• Inspect in-room smoke detectors on a monthly basis
• Assist guests with maintenance-related issues and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain a daily log of all maintenance work performed across the property
• Comply with OSHA standards and follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemical hazards and use of protective equipment
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and landscaping in accordance with company standards
• Work schedule flexibility 

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry required
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong teamwork mindset with a positive attitude
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance is essential for this role
