Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm OR 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/HR

Duties:

Operate console controlling automatic strapping equipment to secure corrugated paperboard units.
Read and interpret production orders to determine correct strapping patterns and specifications.
Monitor units moving along conveyors to identify product and detect defects or irregularities.
Use control panel to strap units according to established production standards.
Control conveyor systems to move strapped units to storage or shipping areas.
Stop equipment as needed to safely clear jams or resolve minor issues.
Report equipment malfunctions or production concerns to supervisor promptly.
Maintain basic production and equipment performance records as required

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience preferred.
Experience as a Unitizer Operator or Automatic Bander Operator is a plus.
Industrial Truck Operator certification is a plus.
Ability to read and follow production orders and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical ability to stand and walk continuously, push/pull frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs.
