Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal Test Technician candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to producing high quality work.

Test Technician Duties Overview:

• Install, setup and teardown customer supplied parts and components using, but not limited to, the following test equipment: electrodynamic shakers, hydraulics, and environmental chambers.
• Perform measurement and initial data quality checks.
• Perform testing as instructed and record/log testing results.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Become proficient with various controllers used to operate test equipment (PLC controllers, MTS, Vibration Research).
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow and comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Test Technician Qualifications:

• Required education: High School diploma
• PQT, durability testing, and/or vibration experience is preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and computer skills are required.
• Strong oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, willing to work overtime and weekends, and able to pass drug screening and background test.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm and overtime as required

Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 or more
