Printing Associate
Location: Springfield, NJPay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
A growing production and graphics company is seeking a Large Format Printing Associate to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who is computer-savvy, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working in a production environment. The role involves operating large-format printers, following digital work instructions, and assisting with the preparation of printed materials for customer projects.
Operate and monitor large-format printing equipment.
Follow production instructions provided through iPads and other digital systems.
Load materials into printers and ensure print jobs are completed accurately.
Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.
Assist with finishing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, print production, or machine operation experience preferred.
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital work instructions.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
