We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a stable manufacturing facility in Rochester Hills. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and wants to continue learning and developing their maintenance skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment
• Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs
• Assist with equipment installations and process improvements
• Read equipment manuals and identify effective repair solutions
• Support continuous operation of manufacturing equipment

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read manuals, diagnose issues, and solve problems independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working with their hands and figuring out how things work

Nice to Have

• Plastic injection molding or foam molding experience
• Basic PLC knowledge
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment
