Overview
We're hiring for all shifts. All positions require a valid driver's license.

We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Accessory Installers to join our team in Sterling Heights. These roles involve installing various accessories and graphics on vehicles, ensuring proper fit and function, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The Accessory Installer position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and technical skills are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Install vehicle accessories such as custom graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other customer required upfits.
  • Use hand tools and power tools and measuring tools to secure accessories properly and efficiently
  • Remove factory installed components
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage
  • Train other Accessory Installers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers
  • Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, or impact drivers is preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

SHIFTS

  • A: Monday-Thurs 6:45am-4:45/6:15pm (OT on Fridays) 11.5 hr. shifts
  • B: Tuesday-Friday 6:45pm-4:45/6:15am (OT on Saturdays) 11.5 hr. shifts
  • C: Friday-Monday (Fri & Sat 6:45am-4:45/6:15pm, Sun & Mon 6:45pm-4:45/6:15am) 11.5 hr. shifts
