Performed maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel-powered construction and industrial equipment used in the rental fleet. Ensured equipment was safe, reliable, and ready for customer use by conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and major mechanical repairs. Troubleshot hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on a variety of rental equipment including excavators, skid steers, loaders, lifts, generators, and other heavy machinery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosed and repaired diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and drive systems.
• Performed preventative maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections.
• Conducted pre-rental and post-rental inspections to identify damage and needed repairs.
• Repaired and maintained construction equipment, aerial lifts, generators, compressors, and other rental machinery.
• Troubleshot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer service manuals.
• Replaced worn or damaged parts to ensure equipment met safety and performance standards.
• Maintained detailed service records and repair documentation.
• Assisted customers and operators by explaining equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
