Picker/Packer

Located in Vernon, NJ

Salary: $16.50-$20.00/hour

Packaging / Warehouse Associate role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare shipping cartons and packaging materials
• Operate tape guns and packaging equipment safely
• Inspect finished products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Pack, seal, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Move completed cartons from the production line to staging areas

Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
