The Finish Carpenter will handle detailed interior carpentry work for a long-term construction project in Gatlinburg. This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
Trim Installation — Install baseboards, crown molding, window/door casings, and other interior trim with clean, accurate finishes.
Cabinetry Work — Set and secure cabinets, vanities, shelving, and built-ins.
Door & Hardware Setup — Hang interior doors, align frames, and install hardware with precision.
Finish Repairs — Complete punch-list items, touch-ups, and detailed corrections.
Blueprint Reading — Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Tool Operation — Safely operate saws, routers, sanders, and other finish-grade tools.
Carpentry Experience — Minimum 3 years of finish carpentry or related interior construction experience.
Precision Skills — Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, high-quality work.
Worksite Reliability — Consistent attendance, professionalism, and ability to meet project timelines.
Tools & Transportation — Must have reliable transportation and personal finish-grade tools.
Safety Knowledge — Understanding of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
