Pay: $90,000-$120,000 Annually DOE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
       

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, electrical systems, and components.
• Install, bend, and remove conduit as needed.
• Install and replace lighting systems, outlets, electrical panels, transformers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and work with VFDs, control panels, and PLC systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain electrical inventory levels and coordinate with approved vendors.
• Follow all company safety policies and identify potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with management, maintenance personnel, and production teams.
• Support electrical projects while maintaining quality workmanship and code compliance.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Current Washington State Journeyman Electrician License.
• Industrial electrical experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or lumber mill environment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and applicable electrical standards.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control systems.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and driving record review.
