Key Responsibilities

Community & Resident Relations

  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and satisfaction

  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests

  • Plan and coordinate resident events to enhance engagement and retention

Leasing & Occupancy Management

  • Lead leasing efforts, including tours, application processing, and move-in coordination

  • Maintain high occupancy through proactive marketing and outreach

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of leasing documentation

Property Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the community is clean, safe, and well-maintained

  • Conduct regular property inspections and collaborate with maintenance teams

  • Enforce community policies and lease agreements consistently and professionally

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting

  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with maintenance, regional management, and vendors

  • Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in property management, community management, or leasing

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) is a plus

  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing best practices

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
