Key Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components such as contacts, phases, switchgear, and hardware
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other fasteners
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Remove small quantities of metal or galvanizing using files and scrapers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to meet productivity standards and deadlines
