Employment Specialist (Recruiting + Sales)

We’re looking for someone with energy. Someone who likes to move fast, talk to people, and make money.

This role is a mix of recruiting and sales. You’ll be working with local companies, filling jobs, and building relationships.

What you’ll do

Call and meet with businesses to bring in new clients
Fill open jobs by finding and placing candidates
Stay in touch with your clients so they keep coming back
Work your pipeline and hit your weekly numbers

What we’re looking for

Someone driven and money motivated
Strong communicator (phone, in person, text—whatever it takes)
High energy — you don’t like sitting still
Comfortable with sales or willing to learn it
Staffing or sales experience is great, but not required
