Fuel Bobtail Driver

Located in Conway, AR

Salary: $25-$30

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Fuel Bobtail Driver to transport and deliver petroleum products to commercial and retail customers. The ideal candidate will have previous fuel hauling experience, a strong safety mindset, and excellent customer service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a fuel bobtail truck in compliance with DOT, state, and federal regulations
• Load fuel at bulk terminals and transport petroleum products to customer locations
• Deliver fuel to above-ground and underground storage tanks
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery records
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Monitor vehicle and equipment condition and report maintenance needs
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and route changes
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Report accidents, injuries, spills, or other incidents immediately

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Previous fuel hauling or petroleum delivery experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely handle fuel delivery equipment and hoses
