Responsibilities

*Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing, facilities and maintenance departments

*Ensure efficient and timely production of print operations; oversees the facility and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds

*Hire, train, guide, and develop staff within direct supervision

*Develop and maintain training programs

*Monitor budgets

*Accomplish production goals

 

Requirements

*HS Diploma 

*3-5 years of management experience in a production facility

*Effectively lead a team and achieve high standards of performance

*Must be able to safely complete 50 lb. PILE test or greater
