As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated Junior to Intermediate Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to their long-standing legacy.

 

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Delta / Richmond is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative at the junior to intermediate level to support business development and customer account management. This role is ideal for someone with foundational sales experience who is eager to grow within the transportation sector. You will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the transportation industry
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
* Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
* Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

 

Qualifications & Skills
* 0.6mths – 4 years of sales experience (transportation, logistics, or B2B sales experience is an asset but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel may be required within Delta and surrounding areas)
* Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
